Fear Not Indirect Mail

Fear Not Indirect Mail was part of the Fear Not Project.

 

Participants created handwritten anti-fear messages and sent them to me or dropped them off at exhibitions.

I then turned their creations into magnets.

Other participants volunteered to be Indirect Mail Agents, delivering the magnets to public places all over the globe for people to discover.

 

Over the five years it was active, hundreds of messages were delivered in more than ten languages.

 

Once a message was found, the recipient could report their find and share a little something about themselves and what they thought when they found it.

They could then either keep it or choose to put it out again, for someone else.
